Microvis Microfinance Bank Limited is a forward-thinking financial institution committed to economic empowerment and inclusive banking. Incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on June 17, 2015, and fully licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on November 25, 2015, we officially opened our doors on January 4, 2016, with a singular mission—to drive entrepreneurial success and financial access for Nigeria’s underserved.
Microvis provides a wide range of financial services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes low-end entrepreneurs, the underbanked, cooperatives, and high-net-worth individuals, among others. Microvis runs a viable business model that provides access and financial empowerment to those at the base of the economic pyramid that constitute over 80% of the about 200 million Nigerians and also provide huge returns on investments.
Microvis currently operates from our Head office located in Kaduna with a carefully selected and growing workforce of ambitious, energetic and aggressive young men and women. The organization is determined to build a world class financial institution that will make a positive difference in the industry. Microvis Microfinance Bank currently has a growing customer base, made up of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), individuals and groups who have benefited from Microvis loans and other value added services.
